Yes, if you can. Watching how your child reacts to the room tells you far more than anything we could say, and it means they arrive on day one already familiar with the place.
No. Plenty of families tour, go away, and think about it for a month. Some decide we are not the right fit and we will tell you ourselves if we think that is the case.
Tours run when classes are actually happening, since an empty building tells you nothing. If none of the usual slots work for your schedule, call us and we will find something.
If there is space in your child's age group, we can often arrange a free trial lesson for the same week. Ask on the day and we will check availability with you.
